this is a great bathroom fan that doesn’t look like a dreary plastic bathroom fan…and it’s very quiet. the recessed light style matches the recessed lighting throughout my home — which is great because none of the other fan light styles fit in with my existing bathroom lighting. the price is right too…most decent rated bathroom light fans (low noise level and efficiency) start around $100 which makes this Broan 744 70 CFM Bathroom Fan 15% cheaper.
